Reservation Policy
A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your event date, and is applied toward your total rental fee. The remaining balance is due at least 30 days before the event. A $250 refundable cleaning deposit is also required, and is returned after the event if the venue is left clean. Customers must complete a tour and sign the rental agreement before making the final reservation. You may cancel within three (3) calendar days of signing the agreement and paying the booking deposit for a full deposit refund, as long as your event date is more than 30 days away. After that, the 20% deposit is non-refundable, and cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

The 20% booking deposit is non-refundable once the three (3) day cancellation period expires. Any additional payments already made toward the balance are returned.

If the Client cancels within 60 days of the scheduled event date, all payments made to Nico Hall are non-refundable.

Any time
Requests to reschedule are subject to Nico Hall's approval and venue availability. Bookings made less than 30 days before the event follow a payment schedule set by Nico Hall and agreed to before confirmation.

A deposit secures your chosen date on our calendar. Dates are not reserved without it.
